Hey guys to those who played System rush 1 on Ngage classic or Ngage QD, don't u find that it is better then SR evolution?

SR 1 has got wonderful environmental graphics, 16 ships to choose from and many upgrades for each ship, real racing against ai hackers (unlike SR evolution which does not include racing against other vehicles as an option), amusing cartoon cutscenes to make the storyline more interesting, while SR evolution's newly added game modes might be fun but still lacks the kick SR 1's gameplay had, SRE does not have much storyline and graphics might be better then SR 1's in terms of quality but SR evolutions racing tracks looks extremely dull in comparison with SR 1's

I sure hope nokia can remake the classic ngage's version of system rush to the new ngage, with improved graphic qualties and new game modes and extended storyline, that will be really awesome

System Rush 1 was such an amazing game

 

System Rush 2 is no sequel, its a pile of crap

 

The original had much better track layouts, and the new one, well, all the tracks feel the same

Also after playing through 6 of the levels of the new one, im thinking, "wheres the story here?"

 

I hate the fact that i cannot accelerate, or brake, or choose when to fire, i just dont feel in control of the game

 

All this "automatic" stuff in N-Gage 2.0 is really making me feel like im still playing java games

That's what I thought at first, but after playing for some days now, what I really think is that System Rush and System Rush Evolution are simply DIFFERENT games, which only have some few things in common. SRE is more like the old S.T.U.N. Runner (check pic http://www.arcade-history.com/images/game/2289_1.png), while the original SR is more like F-Zero. I like both games a lot, and I think they are both "lovable" in different ways.

IMO SR:Evo isn't worse... it's just different.

Ya I think you are right, after buying this game I find it rather interesting, both SR and SRE are difficult games which really worth to be played, and since they are different we cannot really compare them, but if we really want to compare, I still think SR is a better game
